Courtyard Barn is a spacious property converted from traditional farm buildings and retaining many original features. With lovely far-reaching views over farmland and the beautiful Blackmoor Vale. The barn is furnished to a very high standard with a 5 star gold award from Visit England.
Living
The generously sized living room has two three seater leather sofas and a flat screen TV with DVD player. In the winter the wood burner makes the living room a warm and cosy place to be, all logs and everything you need to light the fire are provided. You will find a small library of dvds for our younger guests.
The large modern kitchen is fitted with cream "shaker" style units with black granite work-tops and lovely slate flooring. It has all the equipment you would expect including a large American fridge/freezer.

Dining
The solid oak table seats six, though can be extended to seat another two. Double doors open out onto the patio and garden making dining in the summer a real pleasure.
Sleeping
Sleeping six plus cots in three spacious bedrooms, one of which is downstairs.
All bedrooms are of a good size with zip and link beds which can be set up as either as a super king or twin. The bedrooms are all stylishly presented and have quality oak furniture. We supply Eqyptian cotton linen, towels and bath robes. The upstairs bedrooms have lovely exposed oak beams retaining many original features from the old barn.
Upstairs there is a shared bathroom. There is a jack and jill shower room downstairs, this can be accessed from the downstairs bedroom as an en-suite or by a seperate door for use by other other guests.
